Hi Adam Connell, I read your post about TacticsCloud.com some time ago.
I find myself needing the ability to mine Twitter through hashtags & search to create a list of users and then I want to tweet a message to that list.
Does TacticsCloud do that?
Thanks for any insights or further thoughts on other solutions you might provide.
