hmmm, so they poll public data (google docs, whois, public data records of any sort) and give better access to it. THEN as you begin to create links (I know this person works here, took this flight, has this twitter account) that information in turn gets sent back to the company who then stores it and passes it on when queried.
Nice! Thats a great idea.
Playing with it now (the community version) , gonna have to watch your video and get some pointers.

I thought of you when I started messing around with it. It gets VERY cool when you start importing your own data sets.
