DO Worry and Be Happy?

DO Worry and Be Happy?

It turns out that activities that lead us to feel uncertainty, discomfort, and even a dash of guilt are associated with some of the most memorable and enjoyable experiences of people's lives. Happy people, it seems, engage in a wide range of counterintuitive habits that seem, well, downright unhappy.

Happiness is a state of mind. No class of people have cornered the market on it. There are happy wealthy people and miserable wealthy people, happy poor people and miserable poor people, happy fat people and miserable fat people, happy skinny people and miserable skinny people. I believe being happy is a choice, a choice to have a certain attitude thay allows us to be happy. I also believe that having a sense of purpose is connected with being happy. To me, the basic bottom line is that being happy is simply an individual choice.
