Mexico is Becoming the New Promise Land for Many 

"While Mexico’s economy is far from trouble free, its growth easily outpaced the giants of the hemisphere — the United States, Canada and Brazil — in 2011 and 2012, according to International Monetary Fund data, making the country more attractive to fortune seekers worldwide."

While I agree with much of this article, I certainly see a great deal of opportunity in Mexico without the ever-present and crushing rush to regulate and tax everyone into oblivion, the barrier to entry is often very high for migrants who do not understand the culture or have any patience.
