Being a Great Conversationalist Opens Many, Many Doors

OK. Being a bit manipulative helps, too.

Building rapport with someone is ESSENTIAL in order to engage him or her in the conversation through which you can then elicit specific information, alter behavior, make a friend, influence a potential customer or to get them to give you something you want. Without establishing rapport first, you will go nowhere. 

In this blog post I cover the essentials from the head of the FBI's Counterintelligence Behavioral Unit, Robin Dreeke's latest book, information from Dr. Charles Dwyer as well as my own insights into establishing rapport and getting whatever you want.
